These Terms & Conditions apply to courier services provided by C.B.W Courier Service.
Services
C.B.W Courier Service provides independent courier and delivery services subject to availability.
Quotations
All quotations are estimates based on the details provided at the time of booking. Final charges may change if the delivery details, distance, waiting time, access, item size or requirements differ from the original quote.
Bookings
A booking is not confirmed until acknowledged by C.B.W Courier Service. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings where necessary.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate collection and delivery details and ensure goods are suitable and properly packaged for transport.
Restricted Items
We do not carry illegal, hazardous, unsafe, prohibited or restricted items. We reserve the right to refuse any item we consider unsuitable for transport.
Collection and Delivery Times
Collection and delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, road closures, delays at collection or delivery points, or circumstances beyond our control.
Cancellations
Customers should contact C.B.W Courier Service as soon as possible if they need to cancel or amend a booking. Cancellation charges may apply where costs or time have already been incurred.
Liability
Reasonable care will be taken when transporting goods. C.B.W Courier Service is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Privacy
Customer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
